Do you charge for delivery?
We provide free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

How long does it take from order to delivery?
- Processing Time: We take 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday) to process your purchase.
- Package Transit Time: Once shipped, transit time is 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday).
- Total Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within 5 to 9 business days from the order date.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately to support@meblivara.com and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the item and packaging.
After verification, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
What if I want to cancel my order?
To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@meblivara.com. Cancellations are possible only before processing begins; once your order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.

Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
What is the refund procedure?
Once a return is approved:
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- The process normally completes within 7 days, though banking times may vary.
- No restocking charges are deducted from the refund.
