Delivery Timeline
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 15:00 GMT begin processing the next business day.
- Processing Time: We take 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday) to process your purchase.
- Package Transit Time: Once shipped, transit time is 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday).
- Total Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within 5 to 9 business days from the order date.
Shipping and Delivery Overview
We provide free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Below is what you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 15:00 GMT are processed the same business day. Orders after 15:00 GMT will begin processing the following business day. Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, packages generally take 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday) to arrive. When combining both processing and shipping times, most orders are delivered within 5 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Tracking
You will receive two emails regarding your order:
- A confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- A shipment email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Delays and Exceptions
While we aim to meet the standard delivery timeframe, delays can occur due to high-demand periods, public holidays, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Please allow an additional 3 business days if your package is delayed.
- If your order has not arrived after this period, contact our support team at support@meblivara.com.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@meblivara.com. Cancellations are possible only before processing begins; once your order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.
Receiving Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately to support@meblivara.com and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the item and packaging.
After verification, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
