Exchanges

To exchange an item for another, contact our team as follows:

  • Email support@meblivara.com including your order number and the replacement item you want.
  • Items must remain unused, and in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Our staff will provide step-by-step guidance to complete your exchange.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@meblivara.com. Cancellations are possible only before processing begins; once your order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Procedure

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • The process normally completes within 7 days, though banking times may vary.
  • No restocking charges are deducted from the refund.

Receiving Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately to support@meblivara.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the item and packaging.

After verification, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
