Items can be returned within 30 days from delivery.
Customers are responsible for the return postage.
No fees are charged for restocking returned items.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for another, contact our team as follows:
- Email support@meblivara.com including your order number and the replacement item you want.
- Items must remain unused, and in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Our staff will provide step-by-step guidance to complete your exchange.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@meblivara.com. Cancellations are possible only before processing begins; once your order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Procedure
Once a return is approved:
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- The process normally completes within 7 days, though banking times may vary.
- No restocking charges are deducted from the refund.
Receiving Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately to support@meblivara.com and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the item and packaging.
After verification, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
